温通针法对过敏性鼻炎模型大鼠鼻黏膜形态学和IL-4影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:验证温通针法对过敏性鼻炎模型大鼠的疗效并探索其作用机制。方法:在利用卵清蛋白和氢氧化铝对大鼠进行基础致敏实验后,采用卵清蛋白溶液滴入鼻腔引起大鼠过敏性鼻炎来制造模型,通过温通针法干预模型大鼠观察血清中IL-4表达和鼻黏膜组织病理学形态改变。结果:温通针法可以抑制致炎因子IL-4表达和炎性细胞在鼻黏膜的聚集并对黏膜进行修复。结论:温通针法通过干预炎症靶物IL-4起到对炎症介质的抑制和对黏膜组织炎性细胞聚集阻滞的作用,以此来修复黏膜组织起到治疗的作用机制。Objective： Verify the efficacy of warming needle therapy intervertion the allergic rhinitis model rats to investigate its mechanism. Methods： On the basis of ovalbumin and aluminum hydroxide manufacture model rats cause allergies that the rats were caused of allergic rhinitis by ways of ovalbumin solution nasal instillation,the observation of warming needle therapy intervention model rats＇ s mucosal tissue pathological changes and IL-4 level change. Results：Warming needle method should inhibit the expression to proinflammatory factor IL-4 and inflammatory cells accumulate in the nasal mucosa when on the repair mucosa. Conclusion： Warming needle method may be passed intervention inflammatory target IL-4 play a inhibitory effect of inflammatory mediators and block to mucosal inflammatory cell aggregation,from this repair mucosal tissue mechanism of completion of treatment.
