周念祖运用补托法经验

摘　　要：周念祖老师善用温热药物,强调在辨证基础上可以早用广用。故主要介绍其将补托应用于创面难愈类疾病的治疗。认为此类疾病病程久、反复加重伴发感染,与气的防御和推动功能低下有关,故以气虚火衰立论。治疗上补托以黄芪重用配白芷为基础,见火衰则加温阳之品,见标实则攻毒祛邪,以益气补火为先导推动透托搜剔、行气活血、清热散结更能直达病处。以阴阳为纲统摄标本,或见气虚火衰即益气补火,又常反复斟酌标本缓急。从实际出发,用药似不合常规,实则着眼临床,大胆任用温阳补托药物取得了良好的疗效,值得学习研究。Prof. ZHOU Nian-zu is good at using mild-hot medicines in nature,and emphasizes it can be widely used as early as possible on the basis of syndrome differentiation. This paper mainly presents that expelling sore is applied to the treatment of impaired wound healing by Prof. ZHOU. The main symptoms of such diseases are longer course,condition repeatedly and exacerbation with infection. Although local affection belongs to inflammation,it will be tough to treat by antibiotic drugs alone and surgical treatment. If so,the difficulty of the treatment will be aggravated. Prof. ZHOU analyzed local disease based on entire body,and explored the internal relationship from the contradictions between local and holistic.Sometimes he made a judgement by few symptom while comparing the proportion of Yin syndrome and Yang syndrome repeatedly. On the basis of clinical practice,the treatment was not restricted by the given pathology and therapy.Medication actually looked at clinic treatment based on syndrome differentiation which seemed deviant. Therefore,daring to use drugs of warm Yang and tonic nature resulted in good efficacy. Certainly,it＇s worthwhile for us to learn and study.
