摘　　要：中医养生理论的既往研究多侧重于养生原则和方法的归纳整理,反复归纳但鲜有创见,存在一定的局限性。然而近年来,对其研究已深入到从养生理论建构的背景来研究其形成和发展过程,并通过文献、临床、实验等方面开展中医养生理论的现代研究,以及探讨中医养生理论对中医养生学发展的相关研究和中医养生理论的专题研究。据此,本文结合近10年来中医养生理论相关文献,对中医养生理论研究进展加以整理,以此提出如何从多层次、多角度展开进一步研究,从而深入挖掘中医养生理论的内涵,促进中医养生学的学科发展。The past research of health preserving theory of TCM almost focused on the induction and arrangement of the principles and methods of health preservation. There is lack of originality and are some limitations in the study. In recent years,however,the study of it has gone deep into the study of its formation and development from the background of the theory of health preservation. The modern research has launched on health preserving theory of TCM through the literature,clinical,experimental and other aspects,discussing the research on the development of TCM health science and the study of the theory of TCM health preservation. Accordingly,combined with nearly ten years of TCM theory related literature and the research progress of TCM theory to arrange,we put forward how to carry out further research from multi-level and multi angle,in order to dig the connotation of TCM theory and to promote the scientific development of TCM science.
