摘  要:设计了一种光子晶体谐振腔,它是由镜像对称负折射率缺陷层的一维各向异性光子晶体构成,利用特征矩阵法研究了这种一维对称各向异性光子晶体反射缺陷的光学特性。通过计算模拟得出:当光垂直入射时,在反射谱中出现谐振半宽度极窄的单个反射缺陷模,缺陷模中心波长位置随缺陷层折射率的增加向长波方向移动,控制缺陷层的厚度变化,反射谱存在多个中心波长不同的反射缺陷。从光子晶体光学特性显示,这种光子晶体结构既可获得波长范围确定的单一谐振波,也能选择波长不同的反射谐振缺陷,谐振腔内的反射缺陷满足谐振条件。A photonic crystal resonator is designed. It is composed of a one-dimensional anisotropic photonic crys- tal composed of mirror symmetric negative refractive index defects. The optical properties of this one-dimensional sym- metric anisotropie photonic crystal reflection defect are studied by feature matrix method. The following conclusion is obtained through numerical simulation: During the vertical incidence of light, a single reflection defect mode with very narrow half width appears in the reflectance spectrum, the central wavelength' s position of the defect mode moves to the long wave position with the increase of refractive index at the defect layer. When the thickness of defect layer is changed , multiple reflection defect modes with different central wavelengths exist in reflectance spectrum. From pho- tonic crystal optical properties, The photonic crystal structure has a single resonant wave that is determined by wave- length range. The different wavelengths of the reflective resonators also can be selected. The reflection defects in the cavity meet the resonance conditions.
