摘 要:目的研究圆柱滚子轴承摩擦副织构化表面润滑性能,探讨工况参数(载荷、转速)和微织构几何形貌参数(面积占有率)对油膜平均无量纲压力的影响规律。方法基于弹性流体动压润滑机理,利用有限长线接触弹流润滑理论建立理论模型,采用有限差分法对Reynolds方程进行离散,并运用多重网格法进行数值分析。结果在微织构面积占有率S_p=0.095、深度h_p=6μm的前提下,当载荷由100 N升为500 N时,油膜平均无量纲压力随之增大。在微织构面积占有率S_p=0.095、深度h_p=6μm的前提下,当转速由100 r/min升为500 r/min时,油膜平均无量纲压力随之增大。在载荷W=200 N、转速n=200 r/min的前提下,当微织构面积占有率由0.05升为0.15时,油膜平均无量纲压力随之增大;当微织构面积占有率由0.15升为0.25时,油膜平均无量纲压力随之减小。结论圆柱滚子轴承微织构表面的油膜平均无量纲压力随着载荷和转速的增大而增大,随着微织构面积占有率的增大而先增大后减小。The work aims to study on lubrication performance of textured cylindrical roller bearing friction pair, and explore law of influence of duty parameters (load, speed) and micro-textured geometry geometrical morphology parameters (area density) on average di-mensionless pressure of oil film. Based on elastohydrodynamic lubrication mechanism, a theoretical model was established by applying finite line contact elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory. Finite difference method was used to discretize Reynolds equation and multi-grid method was applied to the numerical analysis. Provided with Sp=0.095 and hp=6 μm, the average dimensionless pressure of oil film increased as the load increased from 100 N to 500 N; provided with Sp=0.095 and hp=6 μm, the average dimensionless pressure of oil film increased as the speed increased from 100 r/min to 500 r/min; provided with W=200 N and n=200 r/min, the average dimensionless pressure of oil film increased as the micro-texture area density increased from 0.05 to 0.15; as the micro-texture area density increased from 0.15 to 0.25, the average dimensionless pressure of oil film decreased. The average dimensionless pressure of oil film on micro-textured cylindrical roller bearing increases with increase of load and speed, and increases first and then decreases with the increase of micro-texture area density.
