摘　　要：在政府采购的实践日益充分、改革不断深入推进的大背景下,图书馆人应该利用好政府采购这把利器,把宝贵的资金用在刀刃上。然而由于文献资料的特殊性,公共图书馆在政府采购过程中遇到了很多问题。笔者以辽宁省图书馆为例,总结工作实践的经验,针对文献资料政府采购中存在的问题提出相应对策,希望图书馆人能够规避其它不利因素,促进图书馆的文献资料政府采购工作健康有序的发展。With the richly developing and reforming of government procurement, librarians should take advantage of it, then put the fund at the key point. Because of literature＇s particularity, public library has faced some troubles in government procurement. Taking Liaoning Library as the example, this paper put forward suggestions on government procurement, with the hope of avoiding risk for librarians and orderly developing the government procurement of document literature,
