三黄烧伤灵两种制备方法黄芩苷含量测定

摘　　要：目的研究三黄烧伤灵改变制备方法后黄芩苷的含量变化。方法采用纯水提取(旧方法)、乙醇回流和水提取混合提取(新方法)的方法制备三黄烧伤灵,通过HPLC法测定2种方法三黄烧伤灵中黄芩苷有效成分。结果现方法三黄烧伤灵中黄芩苷含量为22.661mg·g-1,明显高于原方法组(10.799mg·g-1)。结论改变制备方法后三黄烧伤灵中黄芩苷成分明显增加,为研究三黄烧伤灵最佳制备方法提供理论基础。Objective To study the changes of baicalin content in Sanhuang Shaoshanglingproduced using a new by preparation technology.Methods Water extraction（old technology）and the mixture of water extraction and ethanol reflux（new technology）were used to prepare Sanhuang Shaoshangling.HPLC method was used to determine the content of baicalinin Sanhuang Shaoshangling prepared using the old and new process respectively.Results The content of baicalin in Sanhuang Shaoshanglingprepared by the new technology was 22.661 mg·g-1,significantly higher than 10.799 mg·g-1 from the old technology.Conclusion The baicalin content in Sanhuang Shaoshanglingis increased significantly with the new method of preparation.This will help for study the best preparation technology of Sanhuang Shaoshangling.
