摘　　要：目的通过建立我院信息化冷链物流系统,保证冷藏药品的质量安全,促进我院药品质量管理水平。方法通过借鉴新版GSP的要求,建立冷藏药品冷链管理系统,对解放军309医院的冷藏药品进行规范化管理,实时监控,并对采集数据进行统计分析。结果冷藏药品的流通环节、储存条件已达到GSP药品冷链管理的要求。工作人员能够在预警条件下,及时调整工作状态,保证储存条件达标。结论通过我院信息化冷链物流系统的建立与应用,对冷藏药品的温湿度的实时监控、预警及超常报警,保证原始记录的真实性和可追溯性,有效提升医院药品质量管理水平。Objective To ensure the quality and safety of refrigerated products and promote the quality control of drugs by building the information system of cold chain logistics in our hospital.Methods Based on the requirements of the new version of GSP,we established a cold chain management system for standardized management and real-time monitoring of refrigerated drugs and for satistical analysis of the collected data.Results The circulation and storage conditions of refrigerated drugs both met the requirements of GSP.Moreover,upon early warning,the staffs could adjust their working status in time and ensure standard storage conditions.Conclusion the establishment and application of information system of cold chain logistics can facilitate real-time monitoring,early warning and abnormal alarm for the temperature and humidity of refrigerated medicines,ensure the authenticity and traceability of the original records,and improve the level of drug quality control.
