摘　　要：某军队三级甲等综合性医院结合国家医改、军队改革以及学科建设的情况,采用优势、劣势、机遇、挑战评估模型综合分析医院制剂的发展。通过评价模型评估分析,将医院制剂发展战略与内部资源、外部环境有机结合起来,以准确的战略定位进行系统的战略规划,明确学科发展方向,提出切合实际的发展建议和策略,以期促进其保障能力与服务水平的全面提升。The method of Strengths Weakness Dpportunity Threats analysis was adopted to analyze strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges regarding the development of preparations in a tertiary general military hospital,based on the national health care reform,military reform and its disciplinary construction.The Strengths Weakness Dpportunity Threats analysis has made it possible to combine strategies for hospital preparation development with both internal and external resources in a dynamic way.The purpose is to make systematic and accurate planning in order to offer feasible advice about future development and eventually upgrade the medical support and service quality of hospital-made preparations.
