摘 要:目的对小室和风道开展密封性试验的方法进行应用探讨,缩短核设施中与安全相关的空气净化系统的不可用时间,提高测试的准确性。方法结合实际应用情况,对采用恒压法和压力降法开展小室和风道密封性试验的方法进行探讨。结果当小室和风道的密封性能以泄漏率与系统额定运行风量、单位时间内的泄漏量与封闭空间体积的相对比率判断时,建议分别选择恒压法、压力降法进行密封性试验。结论根据不同的密封性试验验收指标,选取合适的试验方法进行密封性能测试,可缩短核设施中与安全相关的空气净化系统的不可用时间,有效避免封闭空间体积测量不准确对试验结果的不利影响,提高测试的准确性。Objective To shorten the unusable time of the nuclear air cleaning system which is associated with safety,enhance the accuracy of the test and select appropriate method to carry out tightness test for housing and duct. Methods Constant pressure method and pressure decay method can be used to evaluate whether the air-tightness of housing and duct in nuclear air cleaning system satisfies design requirements. Two leak test methods are compared combined with practical application. Results It is suggested to use the constant pressure method and the pressure decay method to carry out the tightness test respectively according to the opposite ratio of the leak rate and the specified air-flow of the system,the opposite ratio of the leak quantity in the unit time and the volume of the enclosed space. Conclusion According to the different acceptance criteria,selecting appropriate method can shorten the unusable time of the nuclear air cleaning system which is associated with safety,enhance the accuracy of the test and avoid the adverse influence of the inaccurate measured volume effectively.
