摘  要:对患"红脖子病"中华鳖(Trionyx Sinensis)的咽喉、肝、肺和肠组织进行石蜡切片观察,发现4种组织皆有不同程度的损伤,其中肝和肺最严重。从病鳖肺、肠和血液中共分离到3株优势菌株,DNA测序鉴定表明,2株为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila),1株为蜡样芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。利用二倍稀释法检测嗜水气单胞菌对10种抗生素的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),结果表明,盐酸左氧氟沙星、硫酸庆大霉素、强力霉素、氟苯尼考和诺氟沙星对该菌的MIC分别为1.6、1.6、6.4、12.8和12.8μg·mL^(-1),其余5种抗生素抑菌效果不明显。利用牛津杯法对抑菌效果明显的5种抗生素进行体外药敏试验,结果显示,5种抗生素的抑菌敏感度由低到高依次为诺氟沙星、氟苯尼考、强力霉素、盐酸左氧氟沙星和硫酸庆大霉素,浓度依次为128、64、32、16和8μg·mL^(-1)。The results from paraffin section showed that the throat,liver,lung and intestine tissues of Trionyx sinensis suffering from red neck disease were damaged under different degrees,particularly serious in the liver and lung tissues.Three dominant bacteria strains isolated from the lung,intestine and blood of T.sinensis were identified to be Aeromonas hydrophilaand Bacillus cereus by sequence analysis.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of 10 antibiotics against A.hydrophila was determined by double dilution method,and the MIC of levofloxacin hydrochloride,gentamicin sulfate,doxycycline,florfenicol and norfloxacin were 1.6,1.6,6.4,12.8 and 12.8μg·mL^-1,respectively,while the other five antibiotics had no obvious bacteriostatic effects.The oxford cup method test showed that the rank of antibacterial effect of five above-mentioned antibiotics was norfloxacin,florfenicol,doxycycline,levofloxacin hydrochloride and gentamicin sulfate from low to high,and their recommended concentrations are 128,64,32,16 and 8μg·mL^-1,respectively.
