高层建筑消防安全设施存在问题与防火策略研究

摘　　要：高层建筑消防安全问题是目前社会的一个热点问题。故从高层建筑消防安全设施入手展开分析,结合当前高层建筑消防安全设施在设计、施工、材料3方面存在的问题,提出了应从建筑消防设计与施工人员消防安全意识的提升,消防安全现场监管与检查、消防设施竣工验收等方面提高高层建筑防火能力,从而提升高层建筑消防水平。Fire safety of high-rise buildings is a hot issue in society at present. This article mainly analyzes the fire safety facilities in high-rise buildings. Based on the existing problems in the design,construction and materials of the high-rise building fire safety facilities,this paper proposes that the awareness of fire safety should be improved from the fire safety design and construction personnel,and inspection,completion and acceptance of fire facilities and other aspects of high-rise building fire safety and enhance the level of fire in high-rise buildings.
