摘　　要：别墅是住宅的一种特殊形式,一般都具有得天独厚的自然资源、人文特色及健康环境等优势,或依山,或傍海,或在"世外桃园"等。通过对"青岛琅琊台阅澜山别墅区项目"的创作实践,分析总结别墅区在规划及建筑设计中如何因地制宜,利用山地特色、借景营造并与风景名胜区建筑和谐共生等问题,进行探讨。A villa is a special form of residence.It generally has the advantages of natural resources, cultural characteristics and healthy environment, or the mountain, or the sea, or in the ＂paradise outside the world＂ and so on.Through the creation of ＂Langyatai Yuelanshan Villa Project＂ in Qingdao, this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems of how to make the best use of the characteristics of the mountain, how to build and harmoniously harmonize with the architecture of scenic spots in the planning and architectural design of the villa district, and so on some early exploration.
