摘 要:互联网时代的电子商务企业之间存在着激烈的竞争,竞争的展开不仅是在产品之间,更是在商业模式之间。大多数商业模式的构建、改进和创新源于新的思维,商业模式定位是企业商业模式的构建、改进和创新的目的。商业模式的构建、改进和创新需要技术支持,商业模式和技术支持之间存在良性循环的关系。京东和阿里巴巴两种商业模式在各自不同的思维、定位下都取得了极大成功,而持续和超前的技术创新可促使商业模式发挥竞争优势,进一步实现商业模式的改进和创新。两种商业模式各有不足,京东和阿里巴巴应积极解决存在的问题,提高服务质量和水平,以实现企业更大的价值。There is a fierce competition between e-commerce enterprises in the age of Internet. The expansion of competition is not only between products,but also between business models. The construction,improvement and innovation of most business models originate from a new mode of thinking. Business model orientation is the purpose of building,improving and innovating business model,which require technical support,and there is a virtuous cycle between business models and technical support. Two business models of Jingdong and Alibaba have both achieved great success under different thinking and orientation patterns. Continuous and advanced technological innovation can enhance the competitive edge of the business models and further improve and innovate business models. The weaknesses of the two business models in reality should be overcome. The two business models have their respective weaknesses,which both companies should actively cope with so as to improve service and realize a higher value of the companies.
