探究我国土地征收补偿制度中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：现如今,我国城镇现代化进程不断深入,工程建设对土地资源的需求量越来越多,而地方政府部门通过土地征收手段将土地转化为建设用地的行为越来越多。然而,我国征地补偿制度还未完善,并不能完全适应社会发展潮流,从而引发了一系列问题。鉴于此,论文主要分析了我国土地征收补偿制度中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相关解决措施,希望能够为业内人士提供参考。Nowadays, with the deepening of the process of urban modernization in China, the demand for land resources is increasing, more and more local government departments have transformed land into construction land by means of land expropriation. However, the compensation system for land expropriation of China is still not perfect, and it can not fully adapt to the trend of social development, thus causing a series of problems. In view of this, the article mainly analyzes the problems existing in the land expropriation compensation system of China, and puts forward relevant solutions for these problems, hoping to provide reference for insiders.
