摘  要:目的探讨1 800MHz模拟手机电磁辐射系统对SD大鼠耳蜗边缘细胞DNA损伤、细胞凋亡的影响以及产生生物学效应的可能机制。方法采用1 800 MHz模拟手机辐射系统,强度选择2、4w/kg,模式选择开5min、关10min的通话模式,辐射时间为短期24h暴露,辐射后采用彗星实验检测细胞DNA损伤;流式细胞技术检测电磁辐射对细胞凋亡的影响;采用荧光探针检测辐射后活性氧簇(ROS)的生成情况。结果手机电磁辐射未引起边缘细胞DNA的损伤,且未导致细胞凋亡率增加(P>0.05)。4w/kg暴露组ROS生成量较对照组显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过离体研究发现,短期暴露于手机辐射下,其能量不足以引起细胞DNA的损伤和细胞凋亡,但手机辐射的累积效应仍需要进一步证实;ROS激活是手机电磁辐射产生生物学效应的主要机制。Objective To investigate the influence of 1 800 MHz mobile phone electromagnetic radiation system on the DNA damage,cell apoptosis and the possible mechanism of the biological effects in the SD rat cochlea marginal cells.Methods Mobile phone radiation intensity set 2 w/kg and 4 w/kg and the exposure mode was on 5 minutes off 10 minutes.Radiation time was 24 hshort-term exposure type.After exposure,comet assay test,flow cytometry technology and fluorescent probe were used to detect cell DNA damage,cell apoptosis and reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation.Results The cell phone electromagnetic radiation did not cause marginal cell DNA damage,and the rate of cell apoptosis did not increase(P>0.05).The production of ROS in 4 w/kg exposure group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Energy of mobile phone does not cause cell DNA damage and cell apoptosis in the short-term exposure type in our study,but the cumulative effect of mobile phone radiation still needs to be further confirmed.Activating the ROS system is the main mechanism of electromagnetic radiation biological effects.
