摘　　要：目的探讨白血病患儿照顾者生活质量状况及其影响因素。方法采用健康调查简表对160例符合纳入标准的白血病患儿照顾者进行调查。结果白血病患儿照顾者生活质量中生理健康维度总分为(48.18±10.69)分,心理健康维度总分为(26.11±17.57)分,均显著低于健康人群。患儿化疗不良反应越重、照顾者为女性、未获得捐赠、家庭收入水平越低,照顾者的生理健康水平越低;照顾者为女性、文化程度越低、职业状况为无业或农民、照顾时间越少、家庭收入水平越低、睡眠时间越少,照顾者的心理健康水平越低。结论白血病患儿照顾者的生活质量较差且受较多因素的影响,在以后的临床工作中可以有针对性地提出预防和干预措施,从而提高患儿照顾者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of quality of life in caregivers of leukemia children.Methods The total of 160 primary caregivers of children diagnosed and hospitalized for treatment of leukemia were surveyed by the MOS item short from health survey scale(SF-36).Results The total scores of the physical health quality of life and mental health quality of life of primary caregivers of leukemia children were(48.18±10.69)and(26.11±17.57),respectively.Both of them were significantly lower than the caregivers of healthy children(P<0.05).Female caregivers,lower family monthly income,not accepting donations of caregivers and worse chemotherapy side effects were the factors influencing the physical health of caregivers.Female caregivers,lower education,unemployment status,less time of care,lower family monthly income and less sleeping time were the factors influencing the mental health of caregivers.Conclusion Quality of life of caregivers of children with leukemia is poor.The targeted corrective and preventive measures should be taken in clinical work for increasing the quality of life on caregivers of leukemia children.
