百令胶囊联合信必可都保治疗COPD的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨百令胶囊联合信必可都保治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月该院收治的122例COPD患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组61例。对照组采用信必可都保进行治疗,观察组在信必可都保治疗的基础上加用百令胶囊。结果观察组患者治疗后第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比(FEV1%)和第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC%)水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。在两组患者咳嗽、气喘、咳痰量等临床症状比较中,观察组患者治疗后上述症状评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在两组患者免疫功能改善情况比较中,观察组患者治疗后的辅助性T细胞17(Th17)和辅助性T细胞17/调节性T细胞(Th17/Treg)均明显低于对照组,调节性T细胞(Treg)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)水平明显低于对照组,动脉血氧分压(PaO2)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在生活质量评分比较中,观察组患者肺部症状、活动能力等评分水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合信必可都保治疗COPD临床效果显著,联合用药可以显著改善患者的肺功能及临床症状,患者的免疫功能得到显著提升,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bailing Capsule and Symbicort Turbuhaler on treatment of COPD.Methods A total of 122 patients with COPD were enrolled,and they were divided into control group and observation group,each group had 61 cases.Control group was treated with Symbicort Turbuhaler,and the observation group was treated with Symbicort Turbuhaler combined with Bailing Capsule.Results The levels of FEV1,FEV1%and FEV1/FVC%in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).The score of cough,asthma,sputum and other clinical symptoms in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The levels of Th17 and Th17/Treg were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The levels of PaCO2 in the observation groups was significantly lower than that of control group,and the level of PaO2 was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of lung symptoms and activity in the observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Bailing Capsule combined with Symbicort Turbuhaler on treatment of COPD is obvious,and the lung function and immune function has been significantly improved,and it was worthy of application.
