摘　　要：[目的]评价2014年—2016年中国临床护理实践指南的质量,并将其与之前的指南进行比较。[方法]计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)4个中文期刊数据库,检索时间为2014年1月—2016年12月,筛选并获取公开发表的临床护理实践指南,并采用指南质量评价工具Ⅱ(AGREEⅡ)评价纳入指南的质量。[结果]共纳入50项指南,在AGREEⅡ中范围和目的、参与人员、制定的严谨性、清晰性、应用性、编辑的独立性各领域得分百分比分别为29.17%(23.61%,36.11%)、0.00(0.00,0.00)、5.73%(3.65%,7.29%)、50.00%(38.89%,55.56%)、5.73%(3.13%,11.20%)、0.00(0.00,0.00);以证据为基础的指南(EB-NPG)与以共识为基础的指南(CB-NPG)的6个领域得分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将本研究结果与1997年—2013年临床护理实践指南质量评价结果比较,除了编辑的独立性,两者其他5个领域得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]国内2014年—2016年临床护理实践指南质量较低,且与1977年—2013年临床护理实践指南相比,仅在制定的严谨性方面有所提高;指南制定者应关注临床护理实践指南制定的方法学研究,并规范其报告标准。Objective:To evaluate the quality of Nursing Practice Guidelines in China from 2014 to 2016 and compare them with previous guidelines.Methods:Clinical nursing practice guidelines published in academic journals were screened and retrieved from four Chinese journal databases:CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and CBM during the period of January 2014 to December 2016.The quality of guidelines included were evaluated by AGREE ⅡInstrument,created by AGREE Collaboration(Appraisal of Guidelines,Research and Evaluation).Results:A total of 50 guidelines were included.The scores of 6 domains of AGREE Ⅱ were:29.17%(23.61%,36.11%)on scope and purpose,0.00(0.00,0.00)on stakeholder involvement,5.73%(3.65%,7.29%)on rigour of development,50.00%(38.89%,55.56%)on clarity of presentation,5.73%(3.13%,11.20%)on applicability,and 0.00(0.00,0.00)on editorial independence.There was a statistically significant difference between the evidence-based guidelines(EB-NPG)and the consensus based guidelines(CB-NPG)in six domains(P<0.05).Compared the results of this study with that of 1997 to 2013,the scores of the other five domains had statistically significant difference(P<0.01)in despite of the domain of editorial independence.Conclusions:The quality of clinical nursing practice guidelines in China from 2014 to 2016 was relatively lower,and compared with the clinical nursing practice guideline from 1997 to2013,the only improved domain was the rigour of development.The guideline developers should focus on the study of methodology and standardize their reporting standards.
