摘　　要：对糖尿病病人病耻感测量工具、病耻感水平及其病耻感对药物依从性、生活质量、社会支持、自我护理行为、健康饮食、自我血糖监测影响的研究现状进行综述,指出到目前为止还没有比较完善的测量糖尿病相关病耻感的工具,对糖尿病相关病耻感的现状、糖尿病病耻感的相关因素以及有效的干预措施的研究还不足。This article reviewed the measuring tools and level of stigma in diabetic patients,and the research status quo of stigma affected the drug compliance,quality of life,social support,self-care behavior,healthy diet,and self-blood glucose monitoring.It pointed out that so far there were no more perfect measuring tools for stigma in diabetic patients.The research on the status quo,related factors,and effective intervention measures on diabetes-related stigma were insufficient.
