摘　　要：党的十九大报告明确提出建设中国特色社会主义文化,文化兴则国运兴,文化强则民族强。文章认为在长期建疆的过程中,突出中国特色社会主义文化的引领作用,既是落实新疆社会稳定和长治久安总目标的客观要求、又符合人民日益增长的美好生活需要和人的全面发展需要。以中国特色社会主义文化作为长期建疆的思想引领,本质上要坚持政治性与人文性的统一,过程上要坚持目的性和计划性的统一,方法上要坚持灌输性与主体性的统一。It was clearly stated in the Report to the Nineteenth National Congress of CPC that we shall work to develop socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,and our country will thrive only if our culture thrives,and our nation will be strong only if our culture is strong.The author thinks that in the process of long-term development of Xinjiang,that prominence be given to the leading role of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics represents the objective demand to meet the general goal of social stability and lasting peace in Xinjiang,and satisfy the people's ever-growing needs for a better life and and the needs for well-rounded human development.To take socialist culture with Chinese characteristics as the guiding thought for long-term development of Xinjiang,we must maintain the uniformity of politics with humanity in essence,the uniformity of purpose with plan in the course,and the uniformity of inculcation with subjectivity in methodology.
