摘 要:随着油气资源的不断开发,钻井深度越来越深,7000m及以上钻机的应用越来越多,深井超深井地质条件复杂,钻井对钻机的承载能力要求高,对超深井钻机井架和底座的载荷特性研究与试验十分必要。然而,常规的试验地锚测试方法不能满足试验要求。通过试验方案对比、总体结构设计、重要部件分析以及液压系统设计,研制了一套适用于超深井钻机井架、底座的7500kN负荷试验装置。试验表明,该装置结构简单、运行可靠、试验投资少,能很好地满足超深井钻机负荷试验要求。With the continuous development of oil and gas resources,the depth of drilling is deeper and deeper,and the application of drilling rigs at 7000m or deeper are used more and more.The geological conditions of deep and ultra-deep wells are complex.The drilling process requires high loading capacity of the drilling rigs.Therefore it is necessary to study and test the load characteristics of the derricks and substructures of the ultra-deep well drilling rigs.However,the regular ground anchor test method can not meet the requirements.Through the comparison of different test plans,the overall structure design,analysis of the important components and the design of the hydraulic system,a set of 7500kN load test device which is suitable for testing the derricks and substructures of the ultra-deep drilling rig is developed.The test shows that the device has the advantages of simple structure,reliable operation,less investment and can meet the requirements of load test for ultra-deep drilling rigs.
