摘　　要：丹参酮ⅡA(TanⅡA)是从中药丹参及其同科同属植物中分离得到的单体化合物,具有抗氧化、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗肿瘤、减小心肌梗死面积、改善心肌耗氧量、抑制血栓形成、抑制血小板聚集等广泛的药理活性。在临床上主要用于治疗心血管疾病。丹参酮ⅡA在抑制结肠癌细胞增殖、促进细胞凋亡、促进细胞侵袭转移等方面具有突出的抗癌活性,使其成为医药界研究人员关注的热点。本文就丹参酮ⅡA的抗结肠癌作用研究进行综述。Tanshinone Ⅱ A （ Tan Ⅱ A） is an extract of traditional Chinese medicine Salvia miltiorrhiza, which can play a natural antioxidant effect. It is mainly used in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Which has anti -atherosclerosis, reduced myocardial infarct size and improve myocardial oxygen consumption, inhibition of thrombosis, inhibi- tion of platelet aggregation, antitumor activity and other effects, and are mainly used for the treatment of cardiovascular disease in clinical applications. In recent years, a large number of clinical studies and animal experiments have confirmed that tanshinoneⅡ A in the inhibition of colon cancer cell proliferation, promote cell apoptosis, promote cell invasion and metastasis and other aspects of prominent anti - cancer effect, making it the object of concern to researchers. In this paper, tanshinone Ⅱ A anti - colon cancer effect of studies were reviewed.
