摘 要:在泡沫混凝土制备工艺的基础上,以碳酸钙晶须纳米纤维作为增韧材料,分析碳酸钙晶须对泡沫混凝土性能的影响,研究结果表明:碳酸钙晶须呈三维乱向分布在泡沫混凝土中,降低了泡沫表面张力;当碳酸钙晶须掺量为3%时,劈拉强度和收缩率最优,并能有效提高泡沫混凝土的保温性能及抗压、抗拉强度,实现增韧、防开裂的效果。Based on the technology of foam concrete preparation,the effect of calcium carbonate whisker on the performance of foamed concrete was studied by changing the amount of calcium carbonate whisker as nanometer fiber toughening material. The results show that the calcium carbonate whiskers are distributed in the foam concrete in three dimensions,and the surface tension of the foam is reduced. When the amount of calcium carbonate whisker is 3%,the optimum mechanical properties such as splitting tensile strength and shrinkage are obtained. Under the conditions of comprehensive performance,which can effectively improve the insulation performance of foam concrete,as well as the compressive and tensile strength,to achieve toughening, anti-cracking effect.
