摘  要:以碳纳米管和石蜡为主要原料制备复合相变材料,将复合相变材料掺入水泥净浆中,研究其对水泥浆物理力学性能和调温性能的影响。结果表明,碳纳米管的加入使石蜡的导热系数和完全失重时的温度升高,相变温度和相变潜热降低,当碳纳米管直径为20~30 nm,掺量为6%时,复合相变材料具有良好的热性能。复合相变材料的掺入使水泥浆的调温性能得到明显改善,且掺量越多,升温曲线和降温曲线越平缓,对调温性能的改善效果越显著;掺入复合相变材料会降低水泥的力学性能,当掺量超过8%时,力学性能会出现较大程度的衰减。The composite phase change materials were prepared by using carbon nanotubes and paraffin as raw materials,and the effects of composite phase change materials on the physical and mechanical properties and iemperature control properties of cement slurry were studied by adding the composite phase change material into the cement paste. The results show that the addition of carbon nanotubes increases the thermal conductivity of paraffin wax and the temperature at full weight loss,and the phase transition temperature and phase change latent heat are reduced. When the carbon nanotubes are 20~30 nm in diameter and dosage is 6%, the variable material has good thermal properties. The addition of composite phase change material has improved the temperature reguLation performance of cement sLurry,and the more the content is,the mare fiat the temperature rise curve and the cooLing curve are,and the effect of improving the temperature control performance is more significant, but the composite phase change material will reduce the mechanical properties of cement paste,when the composite material content is more than 8%,the mechanical properties will be a greater degree of attenuation.
