摘 要:使用3种纳米活性碳酸钙为填料制备室温硫化硅橡胶材料,通过透射电子显微镜观察碳酸钙在硅橡胶中的分散状态,分析碳酸钙分散状态对其流变性能的影响。结果表明,碳酸钙在硅橡胶中的分散状态与其二次团聚程度有关,填料的团聚与网络结构化均会使硅橡胶的储能模量产生显著变化,温度扫描也能反映碳酸钙在硅橡胶中的分散状态。Three activated calcium carbonate(CaCO_3)were used as filler for room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. The dispersion state of CaCO_3 in the silicone rubber was compared. The effect of the dispersion state of CaCO_3 on the rheological properties of silicone rubber was analyzed. The results showed that,the dispersion state of CaCO_3 in the silicone rubber was related to the degree of secondary aggregation,and the storage modulus of silicone rubber would be changed significantly by the aggregation and network structure of the filler. It was found that the dispersion of CaCO_3 in silicone rubber could be reflected by temperature scanning test as well.
