摘 要:研究白炭黑/炭黑填充的新型高乙烯基溶聚丁苯橡胶(H-SSBR)的各项性能以及填料在硫化胶中的微观分布,并在较佳白炭黑/炭黑并用比下,研究H-SSBR/天然橡胶(NR)并用比对胶料性能的影响。结果表明:随着白炭黑/炭黑并用比的减小,H-SSBR胶料的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、压缩疲劳温升和耐磨性能提高,抗湿滑性能降低,滚动阻力增大;电镜照片表明,炭黑与白炭黑相互镶嵌分布在H-SSBR橡胶基体中,形成交织的填料网络,可发挥出双相填料的作用。在H-SSBR中并用适量NR,胶料的焦烧时间和正硫化时间缩短,拉断伸长率、撕裂强度和压缩疲劳温升提高,耐磨性能、抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力略有降低。在H-SSBR中并用适量NR可获得加工和使用性能较佳的绿色轮胎胎面胶。The properties of silica/carbon black filled high-vinyl solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(HV-SSBR)as well as the microscopic distribution of filler in the vulcanizate were studied. In addition,on the preferred blending ratio of silica/carbon black,the effect of the blending ratio of HV-SSBR/natural rubber(NR)on the performance of the compound was investigated. The results showed that as the blending ratio of silica/carbon black decreased,the tensile strength,elongation at break,compression fatigue temperature rise and abrasion resistance of the HV-SSBR compounds were improved,wet skid resistance was reduced,and rolling resistance increased. TEM photographs showed that carbon black and silica particles embedded into HV-SSBR matrix and formed interweaving networks,which served as two-phase filler. When HV-SSBR was blended with suitable amount of NR,the scorch and curing time of the compound were shortened,elongation at break,tear strength and compression fatigue temperature rise increased,while wear resistance,rolling resistance and wet skid resistance decreased slightly. The green tire tread compound with HV-SSBR/NR blend possessed both good processing property and excellent application performance.
