摘  要:研究钴盐粘合体系、树脂类粘合体系和钴盐与树脂并用粘合体系对阻燃钢丝绳芯输送带粘合胶粘合性能的影响。结果表明:3种粘合体系对橡胶与镀锌钢丝绳的粘合均有增进作用,硼酰化钴的增进效果比粘合剂RE/A显著,硼酰化钴和粘合剂RE/A并用体系粘合胶的粘合性能最佳;硼酰化钴分别与粘合剂RK/A或粘合剂PER或粘合剂AS-88组成粘合体系时,粘合胶粘合性能优于硼酰化钴与粘合剂RE/A体系粘合胶,且胶料加工安全性好,硫化胶物理性能优异。The effects of cobalt salt,resin,cobalt salt/resin adhesive systems on the adhesion property between rubber compound and steel cord for flame retardant steel cord conveyor belt were investigated. The results showed that all three kinds of adhesion systems could enhance the adhesion between rubber and galvanized steel cord,the adhesion promotion of cobalt boroacylate was significantly higher than that of RE/A adhesive,and the adhesion property using cobalt boroacylate jointly with RE/A adhesive was even better. When cabalt boroacylate was used with RK/A adhesive,PER adhesive or AS-88 adhesive,the adhesion property of the compound was further improved over that with cabalt boroacylate and RE/A adhesive,and the processing safety of the compound was good and physical properties of the vulcanizate were excellent.
