摘　　要：读书会是培育社会阅读风气、提高阅读与学习能力的重要手段;图书馆也一直以提供阅读服务、开展阅读推广、提高社会阅读水平为己任,二者有着共同的目标,有力地推动着社会阅读的发展。Reading clubs play an important role in reading promotion and learning ability improvement. The tasks and responsibilities of libraries are providing reading service, promoting reading activities and improving reading level. Reading clubs and libraries have the same goal. On the background of nationwide reading, when reading clubs meet libraries, a strength of reading promotion has formed to promote social reading development.
