摘　　要：我国公共图书馆法颁发了,这是我国图书馆法制建设中的大事,是图书馆事业持续发展的基石,上世纪八十年代我国图书馆事业曾经有过大发展,曾经历过"图书馆事业发展战略研究"时期,但不久即进入事业"低谷",主要原因是缺少制度保障。文章认为,我国的国家图书馆法已经颁布,但仍需地方性图书馆法规与之配套,建立较为完善的图书馆法律体系。The issue of public library law in China is a tremendous fact in our library legal construction and a cornerstone of the sus- tainable development of library cause. In the 1980s, Chinese librarianship once had great development and experienced the period of study on librarianship development strategy, but soon fell to a bottom and the main reason was the lack of systematical guarantee. The author thinks that our country＇s national library law has been issued, and to match with it the local library laws and regulations are still needed to establish a relative complete library legal system.
