摘 要:针对大部分北方城市同时受洪涝灾害侵袭及水资源短缺问题,以水量平衡为基础,建立雨洪水利用潜力计算模型,以济南市为例,计算了2016、2017、2020、2030年在不同日用水量情景下的雨洪水可利用量,对比分析海绵城市建设对雨洪水利用的影响。结果表明,济南市城区雨洪水利用潜力较大,海绵城市建设可大幅增加雨洪水利用量,同时降低城市防洪压力,为海绵城市建设提供了基础依据。Aiming at the characteristics of most northern cities which suffer from flood disaster and water shortage,the model of rain-flood utilization potential was established based on water balance.Taking Jinan City for an example,this article calculated the available amount of rain-flood of representative years(2016,2017,2020,2030)under different water utilization level.Then the influence of sponge city construction on rain-flood utilization potential was analyzed comparatively.The results show that the utilization potential of rain-flood in Jinan is greatly,and the construction of sponge city can significantly increase the utilization of rain-flood and reduce the pressure of urban flood control simultaneously,which provides the basic basis for sponge city construction.
