摘　　要：目的探讨结缔组织生长因子(connective tissue growth factor,CTGF)和整合素αvβ3在子宫腺肌病(adenomyosis,ADS)中的表达及相关性。方法选取2015年7月至2016年12月于首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院妇科微创中心因ADS行全子宫切除术的患者30例为ADS组,同期因宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级行全子宫切除术的患者28例为对照组,获取子宫内膜组织,应用免疫组化法检测两组子宫内膜组织中CTGF和整合素αvβ3表达。结果 (1)CTGF、整合素αvβ3在ADS组异位内膜的表达(0.24±0.04、0.22±0.07)高于在位内膜(0.16±0.03、0.11±0.04)及对照组子宫内膜(0.19±0.02、0.14±0.03)(P<0.05);且两者在ADS组及对照组中均呈正相关(ADS组r=0.55,对照组r=0.59,P<0.05);(2)CTGF、整合素αvβ3在ADS组异位内膜和在位内膜中的表达,增殖期(0.24±0.04、0.21±0.03和0.16±0.03、0.09±0.04)与分泌期(0.24±0.03、0.22±0.09和0.16±0.03、0.12±0.03)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)结论 CTGF和整合素αvβ3在ADS表达失去月经周期性,异位内膜中表达异常增高且两者存在正相关,提示CTGF和整合素αvβ3可能共同参与了ADS的发生发展。Objective To investigate the expression of connective tissue growth factor（CTGF） and integrin ανβ3 in the patients with adenomyosis （ADS） and discuss its relationship. Methods 30 ADS patients who had hysterectomy from July, 2015 to December, 2016 in Gynecological Minimally Invasive Center, Capital Medical University, Beijing Maternity Hospital were selected as ADS group. 28 cases of hysterectomy due to cervial intraepithelial neoplasia III were selected as control group. Immunohistochemical analysis of CTGF, integrin ανβ3 proteins were performed in the two groups. Results （1） The expression of CTGF and integrin ανβ3 in ectopic endometrium of ADS group （0. 24 ± 0.04,0. 22 ± 0. 07 ） was higher than that in atopic endometrium of ADS group （0. 16 ± 0. 03,0. 11 ±0. 04） and in normal endometrium of control group（0. 19±0. 02,0. 14±0. 03）. There was correlation between CTGF and integrin ανβ3 in the ADS group and the control group. （fADS =0. 55 ,rcontrol =0. 59,P 〈0. 05）. （2） In the proliferative phase, the expression of CTGF,integrin ανβ3 in ectopic endometrium and atopic endometrium of ADS group are （0. 24 ± 0. 04）, （0. 21± 0. 03 ） and （0. 16 ± 0. 03 ）, （0.09 ± 0. 04）. In the secretory phase, the expression in these groups above are （0. 24 ± 0. 03 ）, （0. 22± 0. 09） and （0. 16 ± 0. 03 ）, （0. 12 ± 0. 03 ）. There was no difference found in eetopic endometrium and atopic endometrium of the ADS group（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of CTGF and integrin ανβ3 didn＇t change with the menstrual cycles, which increased in ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis, and there was correlation between them. So we suppose that CTGF and integrin ανβ3 might be involved in the occurrence and development of adenomyosis.
