百合苗期碱胁迫下叶片叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量和碱害指数相关性分析  被引量:9

摘  要:以百合品种"卷丹""金百合""正直""大黄蜂"大田生长苗为试材,采用0、20、25、30、35g·L-1 Na2CO3胁迫处理的方法,研究了碱胁迫对百合苗期叶片叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量和碱害指数的影响,以期阐释碱胁迫条件下百合苗期叶片叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、叶绿素总含量、丙二醛含量和碱害指数变异及其相关性。结果表明:随着Na2CO3处理浓度升高,4个百合品种叶片叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量和叶绿素总含量平均值均呈下降趋势,而叶片丙二醛含量和碱害指数平均值则呈上升趋势;百合叶片各叶绿素含量指标间存在较多显著正相关和极显著正相关;百合叶片丙二醛含量指标之间、叶片碱害指数指标之间以及叶片丙二醛含量与碱害指数之间存在较多显著和极显著正相关性,而百合叶片叶绿素含量与丙二醛含量之间、叶绿素含量与碱害指数之间相关性不显著。The field growing seedlings of lily varieties‘Honesty'‘Suncrest'‘L.lancifolium'and ‘L.trompeten'were sampled and treated with 0,20,25,30,35 g· L-1 Na2 CO3 aqueous solution,respectively.Moreover,variation and correlation analyses on leaf chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,total chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde content and alkali damage index of treated lily seedlings were conducted.With increasing treatment concentration of Na2 CO3,the means of leaf chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,total chlorophyll content of four lily varieties showed a downtrend,while the means of leaf malondialdehyde content and alkali damage index showed an uptrend.There were significant positive correlations(P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01)between the leaf chlorophyll contents of lily.Between the leaf malondialdehyde contents,between the leaf alkali damage indexes,between leaf malondialdehyde contents and alkali damage indexes displayed significant positive correlations(P〈 0.05 or P 〈0.01).However,the correlations between leaf chlorophyll contents and malondialdehyde contents,between leaf chlorophyll contents and alkali damage indexes were not significant.
