摘　　要：橄榄苦苷是一种广泛存在于木犀科植物中的天然抗氧化剂,大量的研究结果显示其具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌、抗病毒、保护心脏、保护皮肤、保护神经系统等生物活性,该研究收集了橄榄苦苷和富含橄榄苦苷的提取物相关研究论文,对其化学结构与来源、生物活性及作用机制、安全性方面的研究进展进行了简要综述,以期为橄榄苦苷的进一步研究提供参考依据。Oleuropein is a natural antioxidant widely exists in the Oleaceae.A large number of studies showed that oleuropein had the ability of antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,anti-virus,cardioprotective,skin protective,neuroprotective and other biological activities.In this study,we reviewed the research progress on the chemical structure,source,biological activity and its mechanism,and the safety of oleurope/oleuropein-rich extracts,which could provide reference and basis for further study of oleuropein.
