卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫腔填塞纱条治疗剖宫产产后出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫腔填塞纱条治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2014年1月~2016年2月行剖宫产产后出血产妇90例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组产妇采用注射催产素等常规方法处理,观察组产妇在此基础上采用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫腔填塞纱条治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为97.8%,明显高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),未见严重不良反应发生。结论:卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫腔填塞纱条治疗剖宫产产后出血的疗效确切,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective：to discuss cartoprest tromethamine combined with uterine cavity gauze packing used for cesarean section of postpartum hemorrhage treatment effect and safety.Methods：from January 2014 to February 2016,go eases of maternal postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section performed in Rongxian people＇s Hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.There were 45 cases in each group,intensive control group and treatment group,in control group received routive 2024 oxy toein combined with 500 ml of glucose was given by intravenous drip,and in observation tromithamine on the bases of control group used carboprest tromithamine combined with Uterine cavity gauze packing treatment,to observe the effect of two groups of treatment.Result：After the treatment,in the observation proup the total efficiency was 97.8%.Significantly higher than in the 73.3 control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）,not the incidence of serious adverse reaction.Conclusion：Carboprest tromithamine combined with uterine cavity gauze packing on the treatment of cesarean.Section of postpartum hemorrhage curative effect was conspicuous,it is deserve clinical in addition of push application.
