我国灾害救援医学领域热点主题可视化分析

摘　　要：目的对国内灾害救援医学领域的期刊论文的研究热点、关键点、薄弱点、特殊点以及整体结构进行分析，以期为研究者把握中国灾害救援医学领域的研究热点与发展态势提供科学参考。方法检索中国知网数据库，利用BICOMB软件对关键词进行抽取和统计，利用SPSS、UClNET和NetDraw软件对高频关键词进行聚类分析、社会网络分析和可视化表达。结果检索获得文献3079篇，经筛查，最终确定文献1749篇，关键词8284个。高频关键词被聚为6类，网络密度为0．5911，“医疗救援”的点度中心度和中间中心度最高，接近中心度最低。结论灾害救援医学领域形成了以医疗救援、应急救援等为核心的研究热点。医疗救援在此领域的“桥梁作用”最为明显，是此领域的关键点。“突发事件”、“护理”等关键词是本领域的特殊点。从整体来看，我国灾害救援医学领域发展迅速，已初具系统性，但存在着研究深度不足，外部因素研究较少等问题。Retrieving the CNKI database, the authors extracted the keywords to be studied by BICOMB software Cluster analysis, social network analysis and visual expression of the key words were conducted by SPSS, UCINET and NelDraw softwares. As a result, 3079 articles were retrieved, from which 1749 articles and 8284 keywords were identified after screening. The high-frequency keywords were divided into 6 clusters. The density of social network was 0.5911 as shown by the atlas of social network analysis. The degree centrality and betweenness centrality of the key word ＂medical rescue＂ were the highest, and the closeness centrality of the key word ＂medical rescue＂ was the lowest. ＂Medical rescue＂ and ＂emergency rescue＂ have become the hot spots in the field of disaster medicine. As the key point, ＂medical rescue＂ shows the most obvious ＂bridge function＂ . ＂Emergency＂ and ＂nursing＂ are the special points in this field. On the whole, China＇ s disaster medicine has developed rapidly over the past 30 years, and has been systematic preliminarily. However, there still exist some problems, such as insufficient research depth and inadequate research on external factors.
