摘 要:基于实际高炉热风炉工艺参数,建立顶燃式热风炉燃烧器内气相湍流、辐射、气体燃烧和污染物的数学模型,用数值模拟的方法研究燃烧器喷嘴径向夹角对流场和燃烧特性的影响。研究结果表明:在一特定的角度时,回流区较大,CO分布面较短,在燃烧室出口温度较高且温差小,NO浓度较低,烟气分布较均匀,这对设计燃烧器喷嘴的径向夹角提供了参考。Based on the technical parameters of blast furnace hot blast stove,a mathematical model of the gas flow,radiation,gas combustion and pollutants in burner of top combustion hot blast stove were developed to obtain the effects of burner nozzles' radial angle on flow field and combustion by numerical simulation. The results showed that when the radical angle α is a particular value,the recirculation zone is larger;the length of distributive area of is shorter;the temperature is higher and temperature difference is smaller,the NO concentration is lower,and the distributions of the gas was uniform. The results could be used as reference to design radial angle of burner's nozzles.
