摘　　要：介绍了高温真空烧结炉技术性能、设备结构及特点。该设备的研制成功对钽工业的进步和发展具有重要的现实意义。The technical parameters,the mechanical structure and characteristics of the high temperature sintering vacuum furnace were introduced. The successful development of the furnace has an important practical significance for the progress and development of the tantalum industry.
