摘 要:在单因子试验的基础上,采用响应曲面法(RSM)对紧固件扭矩系数测试条件进行优化,以扭矩系数为响应值,选取对扭矩系数测试过程有显著影响的变量(试验温度、拧紧速率、防滑垫圈摩擦因数)作为考察因素,采用central composite design(CCD)中心设计方案以3因素3水平设计试验,得到最优的扭矩系数测试条件,并获得拟合度高的二阶多项式模型。结果表明:扭矩系数的最佳测试条件是试验温度为24℃、拧紧速率为1 r/min、防滑垫圈摩擦因数为0.1;在最佳检测条件下,紧固件扭矩系数的实测值为0.109,紧固件扭矩系数参考值为0.109。使用该模型进行测试条件优化效果较好。The response surface methodology(RSM)was used to optimize the testing conditions of torque coefficient of fasteners on the basis of single factor experiments.Torque coefficient was used as response indicators and the process variables(experimental temperature,tightening speed,friction coefficient of antiskid washer)which have significant effects on torque coefficient of fasteners were used as independent factors.The central composite design(CCD)involving three factors at three levels was employed.Optimal process parameters of testing torque coefficient and two-order polynomial equation of model with high fitting degree were obtained.The results show that optimum testing conditions are that experimental temperature at 24 ℃,tightening speed at 1 r/min and the friction coefficient of antiskid washer at 0.1.Under the optimum conditions,the test results of torque coefficient is 0.109,while the reference value of torque coefficient is 0.109.It is indicated that the model can be used to optimize the testing conditions with high credibility.
