摘 要:结合安徽含山鲁河中桥顶升工程,在分析工程特点基础上设计了一种新型可拆卸式无损预应力托换结构,包括其构造组成和配筋;介绍了其施工工序和包括抱柱梁施工、预应力施加、分配梁安装、托换液压设备安装、拆除等关键工序的实施技术要求,提出了监测内容和可能出现滑移时的技术预案。工程实践表明,该新型可拆卸式预应力托换方法成功实现了安全可靠、装拆方便、节约资源、提高施工效率的技术目标。Based on the analysis of characteristics of project,combined with Anhui Hanshan Luhe Bridge jacking project,this paper introduces the design of a new type of detachable prestressed underpinning structure,including its structure and reinforcement; introduces the construction process and the key processes of implementation technology including the holding girder construction,prestress distribution,girder installation,underpinning hydraulic equipment installation and demolition,and the technical plan of monitoring content and possible slippage is put forward. The engineering practice shows that this new type of prestressed underpinning method is safe and reliable,easy to assemble and disassemble,which can save resources and improve construction efficiency.
