摘  要:线形单一的箱梁施工使用常规扣件式支架便能取得良好效果,但遇变曲率的复杂线形箱梁,常规支架便有诸多缺陷,尤其在箱梁边腹板及翼板处线形调整难度大且可调节幅度小,不利于结构线形控制,影响外观质量。针对以上情况,将变曲率曲线箱梁边腹板及翼板处支架单独进行研究设计,提工效,保质量,形成具有推广意义的施工方法。Single linear box girder construction using conventional fastener style scaffold can achieve good results,but in case of complex linear variable curvature box girder,the conventional stent has many defects,especially in the edge of box girder web and flange plate alignment adjustment is difficult and can be adjusted,unfavorable structure linear control,affecting the appearance quality. In view of the above situation,the linear box girder with variable curvature,side web plate and wing plate bracket are separately studied and designed to improve work efficiency and quality,so as to form a construction method with popularization significance.
