上浆工艺条件对聚丙烯腈基碳纤维性能影响的研究

摘  要:采用二丝束碳纤维上浆模拟装置,对T800级聚丙烯腈基碳纤维进行了表面处理工艺、上浆时间、上浆剂质量分数、干燥温度等多种上浆工艺相关模拟试验,探索了上浆前后各项工艺条件对T800级碳纤维性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:控制表面处理电流强度0.7 A、上浆时间60 s、上浆剂质量分数3%、上浆后干燥温度140℃时,碳纤维可达到较优异的性能,同时综合成本较低。With the sizing simulator of two -tow carbon fiber, various simulation experiments were carried out on the TS00 grade PAN - based carbon fibers with different surface treatment processes, different sizing times, different sizing agents and different drying temperatures. The performance rules of the various process conditions before and after sizing on the properties of T800 grade carbon fiber were studied. The experimental results show that the carbon fiber can achieve better performance with the lowest comprehensive cost when the control surface treatment current intensity is 0.7 A, the sizing time is 60 s, the sizing agent mass fraction is 3 % and the drying temperature is 140 ℃ after sizing.
