摘  要:电磁发射技术在工业装备领域已显示出了巨大的应用潜力,针对超宽门幅高速自动织机引纬难的问题,提出基于电磁发射的超宽门幅高速织机引纬方法,依据引纬工艺要求,建立夹纬器运动模型;对电磁发射引纬机构的结构进行分析设计,建立初始发射速度、电磁发射力等发射性能和引纬机构结构参数的分析计算模型,主要包括发射线圈安匝数、发射电流以及线圈长度等。试验时,电磁发射引纬模型线圈长度累计500 mm,引纬初速度达65 m/s,设计达到预期目标。The electromagnetic launch technology has shown a great potential application in the industrial equipment. In order to solve the problem that the weft insertion is difficult in the development of the super width loom, the weft insertion method based on the electromagnetic launcher technology for the super width loom is proposed innovatively. The clip weft device motion model is established on the basis of weft insertion process requirement. Analyzes and designs the structure of the electromagnetic launch weft insertion mechanism, the analysis and calculation model is established for the initial launch velocity, electromagnetic launch force and the weft insertion mechanism structural parameters, mainly including coil number of ampere turns, launch current, coil length etc. During experiment, the electromagnetic launch coil length is 500 ram, the initial velocity is 65 m/s, reached the expected design target.
