壮腰健肾丸联用六味地黄丸治疗顽固性劳损性腰痛的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨壮腰健肾丸联用六味地黄丸治疗顽固性劳损性腰痛的临床效果。方法选择2016年5~12月我院收治的150例顽固性劳损性腰痛患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组75例。对照组患者给予柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗,观察组患者给予壮腰健肾丸联用六味地黄丸治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、日常生活活动能力、功能障碍程度。结果观察组的总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组治疗后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)分别为(1.34±0.37)、(3.65±0.72)分,Barthel指数分别为(96.45±3.21)、(90.16±5.32)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组治疗后的Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分分别为(21.73±3.46)、(28.26±4.42)分,日本矫形外科协会评分(JOA)评分分别为(22.40±2.75)、(14.56±4.31)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对顽固性劳损性腰痛患者实施壮腰健肾丸联用六味地黄丸治疗的效果显著,能有效减轻患者的疼痛和功能功能障碍程度,改善其日常生活活动能力,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhuangyao Jianshen Pills and Linwei Dihnang Pills in treatment of intractable strained low back pain.Methods 150 patients with intractable strained low back pain treated in our hospital from May to December 2016 were selected and they were divided into the two groups according to the random number table method,and there were 75 cases in each group.Control group was given Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets,while observation group was treated with Zhuangyao Jianshen Pills and Liuwei Dihuang Pills.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,activities of daily living and dysfunction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that （73.33%） of control group （P〈0.05）.The visual analogue scale （VAS） score and Barthel index in observation group （[1.34±0.37] points,[96.45±3.21] points） and control group （[3.65±0.72] points,[90.16±5.32] points） were compared,there was statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The score of Oswestry disability index （ODI） and Japanese orthopaedics association （JOA） in observation group （[21.73±3.46] points, [22.40±2.75] points） and control group （[28.26±4.42] points,[14.56±4.31] points） were compared,there was statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Zhuangyao Jianshen Pills and Liuwei Dihuang Pills in treatment of intractable strained low back pain is obvious,it can reduce pain degree and dysfunction degree,improve activities of daily living and increase living quality of patients.
