摘  要:分析了引起硝铵装置真空结晶机燃爆的原因,即设备结构设计不合理,在使用过程中硝铵溶液进入真空罐内的支撑轴承内部结晶并与润滑脂混合,引起轴承润滑不良发热,从而导致硝铵热分解。重新设计设备结构,将位于真空罐内的轴承移至罐外,并加强日常维护检查,取得了良好的效果,改造后设备已运行2年多,没有出现任何异常。This paper analyses the causes of burning and explosion of the vacuum crystallizer in ammonium nitrate unit,namely,due to unreasonable structure design of the equipment,ammonium nitrate solution enters inside the axial bearing of vacuum tank,crystalizes and mixes with lubricating grease during equipment operation,which leads to unexpected heating for poor bearing lubrication and causes decomposition of ammonium nitrate.The equipment structure was redesigned by moving the bearing outside the vacuum tank.Daily maintenance was strengthened and good results weremade,with more than two years' operation without any abnormalityafter restructuring.
