低压饱和蒸汽冷凝液管道泄漏原因探析

摘　　要：论述了蒸汽冷凝液管道运行现状,分析了发生泄漏的原因。通过对管道进行重新选材、优化设计、规范操作,削弱了流体、应力、缺陷等内外因素对管道的不利影响,降低了蒸汽冷凝液管线泄漏现象的发生概率,取得了较好的经济和社会环境效益。This paper expounds the current status of steam condensate pipe operation and analyzes the leakage reasons.By means of reselection of pipe material,design optimization and operation standardization,the negative influence of such external and internal factors as fluid,stress and defect on the pipe is weakened,and the probability of steam condensate pipeline leakage is reduced to generate good economic and environment benefits.
