宁波市社区老年人对嵌入式微机构照护需求的研究

摘　　要：目的研究宁波市10个社区老年人对嵌入式微机构照护服务的需求,并分析个人资料和功能障碍程度对其的影响。方法采用问卷调查法,对宁波市10个社区的400名老年人进行调查。结果社区老人轻度功能障碍者所占比例最大(28.8%),其次为极轻度功能障碍(26.1%)、重度功能障碍(14.4%)和无功能障碍(13.9%)。无功能障碍、极轻度和轻度功能障碍老年人照护需求主要集中在康复指导、精神慰藉及心理服务;中度功能障碍老人照护服务需求主要集中在基础护理和康复指导;重度功能障碍老年人照护服务需求主要集中在基础护理和专科护理。对社区老年人照护需求得分的影响因素由大到小依次为功能障碍程度、年龄、经济来源和居住状况(P<0.05)。结论社区老年人轻度功能障碍者所占比例最大,不同程度功能障碍老年人的照护需求不同,同时社区老年人照护需求的影响因素众多。这些研究结果为今后社区有针对性的开展社区老年人长期照护服务提供了科学依据。OBJECTIVE To examine the elderly＇s care needs of micro-organization in the community of Ningbo city, and to analysis the influence factors of personal information and degree of dysfunction on care needs. METHODS 400 community older people were selected to participate in the investigation. Questionnaires including general information, activity of daily living scale and care needs of micro- organization questionnaires. RESULTS Most the elderly were mild（28.8%）, followed by micro-mild（26.1%）, severe（14.4%） and nonfunctional（13.9%） dysfunction in the community. Non-functional, micro-mild and mild dysfunctional care needs of the elderly were mainly in rehabilitation counseling and spiritual comfort and psychological services; moderate dysfunctional care needs were mainly concentrated in the basic care and rehabilitation guidance; severe dysfunctional care needs were mainly concentrated in basic care and specialist care. The influencing factors of the care needs of the old people in the community were the degree of dysfunction, age, economic origin and living status（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Community old people were mostly mild dysfunction. Different levels of dysfunction had different. At the same many factors influenced the care needs. These findings provided a scientific basis for the fu- ture community to carry out long-term care services for the old people in the community.
