摘　　要：纽约是美国移民人数最多的城市。面对多元文化服务环境,纽约公共图书馆系统不仅建设了多语种文献资源体系,而且还开展了多种移民文化活动。本文研究分析了纽约公共图书馆系统移民信息服务的内容和特点,以期为我国公共图书馆基于用户需求,因地制宜开展创新项目服务提供借鉴和参考。New York is the city with most immigrant nations and population in America. Facing the multicultural service environ ment, the New York public library system not only constructs multilingual literature resources system, but also carries out a variety of cultural activities of immigrants. This paper studies and analyzes the content and characteristics of the immigration information service of New York public library system, so as to provide reference for carrying out service creative project based on users＇ demand.
