基于智库的高校图书馆社会服务探析

摘　　要：在面向智库服务中,高校图书馆在文献资源、人才资源等方面具有其他类型图书馆无法比拟的优势。面向智库服务给高校图书馆带来的发展机遇,利用好这一机遇必将推动高校图书馆深刻变革,深化其社会责任,促进其社会影响力的提升,最终实现快速发展。为提供高质量的智库服务,高校图书馆需拓展社会服务外延、激活文献资源、开发特色数据库和深化社会影响力,必须具有前瞻性眼光建成智库型图书馆、谋划跨界合作、加速大数据思维在服务中的实际应用。In the face of think tank service, the university libraries have more advantages in the literature resources and human resources than other libraries. Think tank services bring university libraries development opportunities. University libraries will promote the profound change taking advantage of this opportunity~ deepen its social responsibility, promote its social influence and finally realize the rapid development. In order to provide high quality think tank services, the university libraries needs to expand the social service extension, activate the literature resources, develop the characteristic database and deepen the social influence, have a forward-looking vision, build a think-tank type libraries, plan cross-border cooperation, accelerate large data thinking practice in service.
