摘 要:我厂精整作业线七辊冷矫直机于上世纪60年代投入使用,由于设计上的原因,矫直钢板时从钢板下表面脱落大量铁鳞,在下支撑辊底座处形成铁鳞堆积,若有害铁鳞不及时清除,将对下工作辊、支撑辊及钢板表面质量产生严重危害,过去一直由人工除磷的方式每班清除,施工作业难度大,安全隐患突出,且不利环境保护。鉴于此,设计并安装一套除鳞装置,作为配套装置,是对冷矫直机功能的进一步完善。The seven-roller cold straightening machine put have been put into operation in the 1960s in our workshop. A large amount of iron scale fell off from the lower surface of the plate and accumulated at the base of lower support roller due to the design shortcomings during straightening. The work roller, support roller and plate surface will have a serious damage if the harmful iron scales are not cleared in time.In the past, the way of removing phosphorus by manpower was heavy workload, higher difficulty, more dangerous and adverse to the environment. Therefore, it is urgent to design and install a descaling device to further improve the function of the cold straightening machine.
